We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure that our team is treated professionally and has the opportunity to rebook the opening. Here are more specifics:
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service start time with no penalty.
- As a professional courtesy to our team, if the canceling and/or rescheduling of your appointment is within 24 hours of your scheduled service start time, you will be charged for the full scheduled service amount (excluding gratuity).
We all get stuck in traffic, especially in the Boston area. However, as a courtesy to other clients who need and value their appointments starting on time, if you are running late, appointments will be held for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, Hustlestop reserves the right to cancel your appointment and charge you for the full scheduled service amount (excluding gratuity).
