In this age of excessive consumerism and chemical use, small steps toward a cleaner self-care routine can make a huge difference and does not require sacrificing quality or effectiveness along the way. It’s important for your well-being and not something we think the industry is properly prioritizing. We are NOT interested in chasing revenue, offering every new fad or service, or bombarding you with countless products. We focus on essential services and a highly curated selection of products based on their ingredients (including what they do NOT contain), and of course, their effectiveness.

We believe in honesty.

While we focus on products that are better for you and our team, we are not “chemical-free,” “organic,” “all-natural,” or “non-toxic.” Unlike many of the marketing labels we see used (and abused), we will never overpromise or mislead with product marketing trends and terms.  That being said, we focus on cleaner options for hair, nails + skin versus the well-known mega brands commonly used in the industry. You know that what you eat is important – but so is what you put on your hair, nails + skin, which is absorbed into your system.

We believe your time is priceless.

We want to make the best use of your time.

  • There’s no formal check-in or check-out. Everything’s handled online for efficiency.
  • Cashless payment is always made by the credit card on file, with a 20% gratuity automatically applied for services and a receipt automatically emailed for all transactions.
  • Your service is provided by one dedicated team member, from start to finish, so you are never waiting after being handed off from one team member to another.
  • We specialize in last-minute openings (day-before, same-day) and you can always request special hours to see what we can do.
  • Our late and no-show policy ensures that you (and everyone else) start (and finish) your appointment on time. (We also have a 24-hour cancellation policy to respect the time of our team.)

How many of your other appointments are like that?

We put thought into every little thing...

  • Let’s talk service chairs. All are from Takara Belmont and are the most comfortable seating we could find. They are exquisite and recline. If we could write them a love poem, we would.
  • We have just 4 service stations, so background commotion is minimal and polite courtesy reigns.
  • You shouldn't be stressed because you can't keep connected - we have high-speed wi-fi and multi-functional chargers at each station.
  • If you would rather relax, you can zone out to your favorite reality show or catch the news on one of our two mounted cable TVs or just listen to music - your run the show ;)
  • Enjoy sparkling  or still water - always plastic-free - and other snacks if you are a bit hungry).
