Hustlestop LLC (“Hustlestop”) respects and protects the privacy of personal identifying information that directly or indirectly identifies natural persons (“Personal Identifying Information” or “PII”).

This Privacy Policy is based on applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations to which we are subject as a result of collecting PII in the United States belonging to individuals that are located in the United States and others who may be located abroad.

We respect and protect the privacy of minors and do not knowingly collect, maintain or process PII pertaining to anyone under the age of 18, except for for those who have received or purchased services or products from us.

California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents may have certain rights regarding their PII, which may include the right to disclosure, deletion, access, and nondiscrimination, and the right to opt out of having their PII shared or sold. We do not sell any PII. In addition, we do not share any PII with third-parties except as specifically set out in this Privacy Policy.

European Union (EU)

Under EU data protection laws, individuals may have certain rights regarding their PII, which may include the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of their PII and the right to ask us to restrict the processing of their PII.
